Outstanding Company and Service.
I ordered a lawn mower just before last bank holiday. I received it next day. That was delivered in under 24hrs.
I will be using Bluepowertolols for any future power tool requirements.

I researched the lawn mower, my wife looked for a seller and placed the order, and she is thorough. I forget now if it arrived the next day or the day after that but it was not longer (I've waited several weeks for a properly dry day to unbox and set up the mower). Everything happened exactly as it should.

Saw blade was delivered promptly and was competetively priced.

Was looking for a Bosch original power pack for a fairly old drill, hard to find; but I received it quickly and am pleased.

I wanted delivery to an address that was not the registered card-holder's address. Initially, looking at the website, this appeared to be a problem and I was told that this was the case. However, after some persistence I was told that using Paypal would solve this problem and this proved to be correct.
Other than that, good service at a competitive price.

Made online purchase (have used company before) and waited for confirmation email. No response from company. Waited a couple of days and then emailed, they responded that they had no trace of the order.
I checked my bank account and noted that the full payment had been debited from my account. Phoned straight away and was informed that there was a security problem, delivery and card address not matching as I had recently moved house.
After a further delay of @ 2 days, item was delivered on day promised.
Would have been happier if I had been contacted immediately that there was a problem, rather than having to chase around.

Good drill and 2 days to delivery, great price, would recommend Blue power tools to anyone

The sales department were great at dealing with an error I had made with my order - they simply sorted it with no fuss at all.

Part I wanted was out of stock they phoned and apologised, said it would take extra 48 hours, and true to their word it did. It was still a lot faster than most suppliers.

Purchased a mitre saw, however order was cancelled by blue power tools stating reason as lack of stock...I offered to wait for restock but was advised they did not know when stock would return so my order must be cancelled. 4 days later stock was reshowing but item £100 more. I contacted seller and after 3 emails and 2 phone calls, blue power tools eventually admitted order cancellation was actually due to pricing error. Despite website over expressing importance of customer service and their T+C stating pricing errors would be honoured in all but extreme circumstances, customer services refused to get a manager to call to discuss... Instead I was told "to take my business elsewhere if I did not want to pay the advertised price".
