VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On 27 June, I placed Ordernr: 100216, which arrived on Wednesday, 30 June. It came in an oversized box for such a small item, and to my surprise, the cap of
the tube was wrapped in clear tape but was missing a piece. I do not understand why. There was plenty of space in the cardboard box to adequately put the item in a protected manner.

I have not used the product yet, but need to use it on my car, and I've been waiting for it to come home. I do not know if you have any compensation/return policy, but I do not want the item that way. And
then it would be the hassle of waiting again before I can get another item, which is very annoying.

I wrote the above to the website and got a cheeky response that "There wasn't any damage to it when we packed it. But Its strange how it could happen since it was packed as it was. This doesn’t affect the product itself. I can see on the image that the cap cover the hole in the tube. And if you unscrew the cap you will see a piece of plastic that cover the hole on the tube. But if you want to return it I can send you a shipping label. Let me know if I should do that". VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. He's basically telling me not to worry about the outer look of the item because the content is intact. It's like drinking a beer with a rusted, dented can just because the beer itself is fine.

First of all, the order arrived to the customer at Tuesday 29th of June at 12:31. That’s one working day. Its impossible have a shorter delivery time.

One day later the customer contacted us regarding a missing piece of plastic on the cap of the tube containing Turtle Scratch Repair. He told us that he no longer wanted the item.

Since there wasn’t any damage to the cap when we packed the item, I informed the customer about that. I also explained that there’s nothing wrong with the product itself, since the cap still seals the tube.
But since the customer no longer wanted the item, I offered him a return shipping label and a full refund.

The customer reply’s saying that he wouldn’t bought it if he knew that the cap was damaged and that we have poor customer service.
I then explain to the customer the short delivery time and that we offer him a full refund and a return shipping label.
He then gets back to me telling that everything is fine and he want to keep the product.
