Excellent company to work with!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HOME AND MOUNTAIN VIEW’s! BEST RENTAL COMPANY IN THE AREA!!! WE HAVE RENTED FROM BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAIN RENTAL COMPANY FOR 10 YEARS IN A ROW!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR YOUR NEXT MOUNTAIN GET AWAY❤️

This was a wonderful cabin in a great location. We had a few issues that kept it from being a 5 star. We were greeted with rotten pumpkins to start. The home truly is cozy and met all of our needs. The beds were great!

There was a problem with the kitchen sink not draining well. We reported this and they said it would be addressed asap. Which it was. However, the maintenance man came without us knowing, (no text, call or even email) so when we got home there was someone inside the house. We had no way of knowing who this was. He had nothing to identify him as a maintenance man. We thought someone had broken in. This was our main problem with this experience and sadly it is what we remember as it was pretty unnerving. I do hope the rental property will do things differently in the future.

All of that said, we really did enjoy the home. And I would rent it again.

Great place- we loved every thing and the hot tub was an added bonus!!

The staff was excellent, Amy and Noah answered all my questions. Its great to have a local Company that knows the houses and locations. The Cabins are never misrepresented. Just recently rent a home in Sarasota, web site said the house had 4 full Bathrooms, only had 2. Was told it was enough Bathrooms and wouldn't affect my stay for 8 people. Can't wait for my summer visit.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was great. Everything at the Bear Valley cabin was clean, everything worked and was in place. BRMR stayed in touch with us before, during, and at the end of our stay. Can't ask for a better property management company.

Furniture was very old non functional and uncomfortable.
Kitchen sink was under repair and water pressure was 15% of what it should have been. Hot tub was nice, all else adequate.
Would not stay there again nor recommend.

The house, amenities and location were fantastic!! The drive to Blowing Rock is only a few minutes from the house! Beautiful views from the house and deck with plenty of space for our family inside and out! The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and the house was super clean! I highly recommend the Blackberry Hill property based on all of the factors above and responsiveness of the BRMR staff, great communication!!

We have booked cabin rentals through Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals on several occasions. They are always phenomenal! They keep you well informed throughout the entire process and are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

The house was great! Our family of 10 fit comfortably. The views were awesome.

Blue Ridge is always easy to work with. I have been renting from them for years. They are a much better option than other companies. You get one on one help . They are very responsive and quick to help should there be any issues. I highly recommend.

Great location, the house fit our needs perfectly, no issues, fair price

Fantastic property in a spectacular community. Made for a great Thanksgiving

The cabin was beautiful, clean and spacious. Fit our holiday gathering of 8 adults and three dogs perfectly. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen which made holiday cooking easy even with several cooks cooking at once. We were so grateful for the expansive pots and pans, and serving ware that was available for our Thanksgiving feast.
The location was central to Boone, Blowing Rock, Grandfather mountain and Banner Elk- which made our holiday hikes easy. Although only a few miles off 105, the cabin felt miles away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and was in a quiet neighborhood.
The only down side was that the hot tub was not working properly which we were notified on the day of check in which was disappointing, but the pool table was a big hit! We would absolutely rent this cabin again in the future!

Absolutely loved the house! Everything was communicated clearly and easily from Blue Ridge Rentals. No issues at all!

There were some things in the house that did not work, like the microwave, some of the TVS, and the ice maker just to name a few.

Your step by step directions were terrific. The welcome packet was a nice touch as well as the clear information about how to appropriately use the amenities.
When booking, the agents went beyond expectations to locate a choice of properties that met my needs.

Boone, NC will always be a special place to visit for our family. Apple Maps brought us to the right location without any hiccups. The sunrise views are amazing for those waking up early enough to watch. The ease of check in and check out made the trip very enjoyable. Plenty of dishwasher pods was appreciated since we eat in as much as possible. Beds were comfortable and there was enough room for our family and a few guests.
