The cabin that we rented was beautiful and when we called Blue Ridge rentals for issues that we were having they were very responsive and fix the problems that we were having at the cabin. All of the instructions were well documented so we was easy to for us to follow, and the cabin was well equipped with everything that we needed.

We love renting from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals! They are 100% responsive! If by chance you need to leave a message, they call you back in a very timely manner. And that is key when running a 5 star rental company.
We happened to have a small situation that we discussed in full and provided photos of with the staff and it was 100% resolved. They went above and beyond our expectations to make our experience 100% satisfactory!
We have actually rented in the AMAZING community of Eagles Nest for several years in a row and it is our families go to place for our annual long weekend, pre holidays celebration get together.

The house was beautiful and well laid out and very quaint, we were extremely disappointed in the fireplace not working like we had hope and the extreme difficulty in getting someone to help figure the problem out. We were without a fireplace 3 of the days of our stay.

Very happy with several aspects of BlueRidgeRentals except the cleaning staff. We have had NUMEROUS issues with our house when we arrive. It only makes us wonder what shape the house is in when renters arrive. Have had several discussions with management but still having issues.

One of our family traditions is to gather somewhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains at least once a year. We've been so pleased with the selection of mountain rental properties available (even as our family has grown). The pictures and descriptions of the properties, the amenities and variety of locations in the general area you're looking for is unmatched. Also, their attention to detail and taking care of you from your initial reservation to your departure and follow up after your trip is superb. With Brand X you're just a number; BRMR is a winner in our book. Do they make an occasional miscue? Yes, but they ALWAYS make it right. Make them your first choice! You won't regret it.

We had a great stay! Our internet wasn’t working one evening and they sent someone out to come fix it quickly! Only little thing was our door code did not work when we arrived and had to call for a new code.

This was the cutest cabin ever!!!! So warm and cozy. The hosts were very sweet and communicative. Great location, nearby the cutest towns with great food, hiking trails and slopes. 10000/10 recommend!

Hade a awesome time,the house is beautiful. Love the location we will be back to Lakeview. My family loved it will be making the trip and APP game a tradition.

Excellent communication with the property management. Convenient location to both Blowing Rock and App State. Pet friendly. Convenient set up for multiple families and great game room are downstairs for the kids.

What an experience! This castle is truly incredible. There’s so much detail in every room, and it’s so comfortable for large groups. We cannot wait to plan another trip back!
