The product is a money pit
The product is a money pit. My last two batteries lasted less than a year. You need to buy parts and calibration kits that don't work, and the company is absolutely useless. The app tells you it is not working, so it is useless, but all they say is it looks good on their end. How does that help me? It still doesn't work on my end.
