Totally FRAUD/SCAM!

To: DANIEL MARTIN of BLUESAT,
after the payment of our order, it took them few months to answer then they said they will refund.. till now nothing! and still their website is active..

We have had the same problem as others. We paid for an order back in October. we have had no contact from them since, tried calling and emailing and NO response whatsoever.

Used Bluesat many times in the past but they are now dodging all calls and emails. I have asked to cancel the order but having no luck in receiving my money back. When I did manage to I was told 3 weeks to receive my money back at the beginning of November. It then got extended by two weeks due to 'technical difficulties'. I'm now getting radio silence from them after emailing every day.
I would avoid working with them at all costs.

I ordered Sailor Inm-c system and paid money for units but they didn't deliver spares and asked refund money and they disappeared, no reply e-mails and phone calls.

Bluesat solutions are complete SCAMMERS and stay away.

I'm going to contact with Cobham Head office to open case and if still can not get refund money, will transfer case our legal department to go court from agreed legal office in UK.

Paid for my order and they disappeared. I emailed and called all the phone numbers available. It seems that the website received a facelift a couple weeks ago.
Update 1 - one day after posting my review I received an email from Michael Berg, Bluesat - accounts - I quote:

Dear Customer,
Good day,

We regret to inform you that we are unable to complete your order and will be initiating a full refund.

To proceed, please forward your bank details at your earliest convenience. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks for us to process the refund and for the funds to appear in youraccount.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Thank you for your understanding.

2-3 weeks to issue a refund that cannot take more the 60 seconds??? From a company that claims to sell the high-tech equipment????

Update 2 - I contact some of the companies under "our brand" -some of the replies are:

this company is a complete FRAUD ! they got 2,500 Pound from us and its been 3 months they do not reply to our emails nor deliver our goods!
