They never answer the phone! Sometimes the voicemail says they’re on lunch all day. Tasos the dentist, always wants to close the early! He tells his patients to come in early like we have nothing to do! If we’re 5 min late he’s away home?! Get out of here! Blue sky always has the worst dentist.

I needed implants a few years ago and, after much research, choose Blue Sky. The procedure was carried out very efficiently and there was no pain! I have now had my implants a while and they still look good and I can eat anything. I visit them regularly for check ups and cleaning and the staff are always friendly and attentive. I am back tomorrow for my annual check. very pleased.

I cannot speak highly enough of BlueSky Dental Care in Whitefield. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel genuinely cared for and completely at ease. The level of customer and patient care is outstanding.

What truly sets this practice apart is the thorough explanations, honest approach, and professionalism throughout every appointment. I always feel fully informed, never rushed, and confident that I’m in very good hands.

Every member of the team is wonderful — from the lovely and welcoming receptionists, to the friendly dental nurses and hygienists, and of course the dentists themselves. There is such a warm, calm, and reassuring atmosphere, which makes a huge difference.

A special thank you to Dr Ali Forouzanfar and Miss Molly Barden — absolute professionals with a kind, caring manner. I always look forward to seeing them, which says a lot when it comes to dental visits!

Great dental practice, helped with dental anxiety. Had multiple fillings and two root canals which went smoothly. They made sure to explain the steps clearly and made sure I was aware of options.

Everyone is polite and professional, from the receptionists to the dentist.

However, I’m leaving four stars instead of five because they cancelled my appointments three times.

They cancelled three of my appointments within one month.

One was a filling that was cancelled twice. The first time I rebooked for another day, but when I showed up on the rescheduled day. I was told that the dentist in charge of my filling was on holiday, (which they never called me to cancel my appointment), so I wasted even more time.

They offered to reduce the cost of my appointment as compensation. However, when I received the treatment two weeks later, I had to pay the full amount.

And I understand the reason behind the cancellations were valid, however, I do not appreciate being lied to about a discount, and them not calling to notify me of the second cancellation.

The other was a root canal that I booked two months in advance. Just to be cancelled 4 hours before my appointment. When I specifically took the day off work.

So just keep it in mind that they can cancel your appointments at any time.

The whole team at Blue Sky are amazing, my daughter had to be sedated and the girls were absolutely fabulous.

Friendly staff made what, in the past, has been a painful and very unpleasant job completely pain less and informative, couldn’t ask for more.

From the moment I stepped in the door I felt this was a different level of a dental practice. From the greeting by reception to the friendliness and care taken by the dentist and the nurse. Even the environment was nicer with the comfortable waiting area to the temperature controlled aircon.

I was greeted with a warm welcome and very friendly reception staff. The dental nurse and Dentist were very kind and knowledgeable. I have a phobia of dentists and it is a very traumatic time for me but felt very safe and reassured. I couldn't fault the staff or service and would highly recommend them.

My experience was amazing! Staff were very polite, from reception to the nurse and oral surgeon! They were very patient, gave me a lot of information and reassured me when I was stressed! I would highly recommend!

As a patient who does not regularly go to the dentist, I felt reassured and put at ease by the dentist. The consultation was comprehensive and the details of the examination explained clearly. I liked the way the dentist showed he had time to talk things through and discuss my concerns. I felt like he cared, which makes a difference.

First class very polite and very caring

I had the pleasure of visiting this practice on a Saturday morning after an NHS filling unexpectedly fell out. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was warmly greeted by Nicola at reception, who made me feel welcome and put me at ease.

Dr. Sherif went above and beyond; nothing was too much trouble. Even though it was an emergency appointment, Dr. Sherif conducted a thorough examination without rushing. He replaced my missing filling, ensuring a flawless finish. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.

Flora, the dental nurse, was equally outstanding. Making me feel at ease every step of the way.

Blue Sky Dental stands out not only for its exceptional dental care but also for its compassionate and dedicated team. I am grateful for the care I received and will undoubtedly return for future visits.

The report covered 10 pages and was complete. It included all options with costs on everything we discussed.
