Missing delivery and resent order, appaling
I wish I could give the company 0 stars.
My second time using the company and an absolute nightmare. Have placed an order which never arrived withing 4-7 say delivery period. Upon contacting them I was advised my order has been delivered, despite not receiving any notification via email or mobile. I was advised the order has been resent and yet again, no show. Company are using royal mail who also advised that the order has been delivered through the letter box. Frankly the letter box is so small that nothing larger than a standard letter fits through it.
Complete disregard from the company when asking for a refund for undelivered good.
Expecting a phone call from the owner tomorrow, however I have lost all faith in them since its been two weeks since the order has been placed and a week of emails going backwards and forwards.
Will never use the company again, will opt for a different brand all together in light of this appalling experience.
