Gerald kindly sent me a replacement gasket for a DeLonghi Dedica Cappuccino maker as the one we had bought from BluStar failed after quite a short period. He also advised me in an email about trouble-shooting and added in an additional thin gasket. Excellent customer care, especially when my purchase was quite minor! Thank you, BluStar. Life is worth living once more, now that we can make decent coffee again!

Received item today and was very disappointed with this unit.
Hopper itself is very well made but the bellows do not achieve what they are supposed to do.
I bought another 3rd party unit from Amazon which was a quarter of the prise and works well.
I would like you as a reseller of this unit to give this information to the manufacturer. $129.71 does not work as it should

We have sold a lot of these since they were introduced last year and cannot keep them in stock, so was surprised to hear your remarks.
There can be up to 0.2 grams left over but it will clear out most of the grinds and overall it is an improvement as it removes the retention in the chute and blades.
