They still can spamming even though I repeatedly asked to delete all my data from their systems. This has been reported to European authorities already as they are clear in breach of GDPR. Will now also write a negative review every single day until the company complies.

Wonderful session with the experts

Wonderful session with the experts. My notes were filled. They shared amongst other things, the red flags that many executives overlook during interviews as well as the importance of your executive presence during interviews.

Save your Money

I cancelled this membership after realizing how useless it was, especially at this price point. Then, despite numerous attempts, I still can't get them to stop charging me! It's pointless to pay to get access to a database of jobs that are posted everywhere and ones that you never get a response to, even after applying.

Learning and Growing

Simeon did a solid job of helping me create a bio that captured my diversity of experience in the healthcare industry. I am very grateful for Simeon's advice and help with crafting my resume. Fortunately, I was able to obtain a director role near the end of last year!

Bluesteps charges a substantial annual…

Bluesteps charges a substantial annual member fee and allows you to upload your profile and access some online content. Literally every single thing otherwise you will be charged for, even simple webinars.

I've never received a single legitimate enquiry through the platform, and when I asked a former Korn Ferry executive they knew nothing about it.

When you cancel your membership you lose the whole subscription rather than access until your annual subscription expires.

Niche Discussion, Invaluable Peer Knowledge-Sharing

This webinar was unique and niche. I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to listen to such an incredible group of executive searchers sharing insights and tips for role seekers. This is invaluable knowledge. A privilege, really.

I especially liked the insights on the value of thoughtful cover letters as well as strategic sharing of thought leadership by role seekers.

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE. At some point they were clearly legit, but they're now just scammers. I had paid for an annual subscription, got no value out of it, and then they unlawfully charged me at the six month mark. They do not attend phone calls or respond to any of their channels - emails, LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook, or YouTube.

Fraudulent Charges

I used Bluesteps in 2017 and have no further contact with them since then. However, in February 2024 they randomly charged me $130 for "membership". Then they charged me again for this in November 2024, June 2025 and finally in December 2025. I have emailed them repeatedly and left phone messages. None of these have been returned and they continue to charge my card. So far they have charged me $520 with no permission or services provided.

Speaker was great

Speaker was great. Moderator was poor
The speaker was very knowledgeable with examples and stories that were relevant. He was prepared, fluent and made several key points that were eye opening.
The moderator seemed ill prepared. Did not provide structure, was just bouncing back to the speaker without challenging or expanding topics, and did not add any real value.

They've tried to cancel my lifetime membership three times. Now they just charged my credit card - disputing that. Complete waste of time and money

Elevated Strategy Review

As do many coaches and consultants, Simeon Wong knows the "what" of search : the strategy. Action words, resume formats, etc. He knows it all well. What separates Simeon from the pack however, is his keen understanding of the "how" in search; the tactics.

He has a broad understanding of the forces disrupting job search and recruiting and more importantly how to use them. He has enabled me , a very senior level candidate, to use modern tools to raise and enhance my profile. He has, for example, made my linkedin more dynamic through active content publishing which has driven more views, dialogues and engagement. His efforts have even brought me in contact with AI in job search.

He is a positive responsive professional who shows tremendous initiative in the partnership !

When I first met Coach Simeon Wong

When I first met Coach Simeon Wong, I was struggling to decide what path to take, since I was not sure about the skills I could transfer into my next career chapter. Simeon, with patience and compassion helped me see connections I wasn’t able to see for myself. Also, he was brave enough to provide me with his valuable opinion when asked for tough recommendations. I am grateful for his guidance and highly recommend him to any executive looking for clarity and generosity facing the next career transition.
