We have been buying from Bluesun for more than 3 years.
We have imported more than $5,000,000 in industrial and commercial hardware from Bluesun and vouch for their honorable nature.
We have visited their factories numerous times in Hefei.
Sometimes cultural differences and timezones make trading difficult, but Bluesun has never walked away from a ligitimate warranty claim.
We continue to buy commercial and industrial systems from them.

Bluesun inverters are extremely poor in quality. Just two months after installation, my system developed critical failures.

Although the company has responded, they only sent me a replacement board that did not fix the problem. Up to this day, I still haven’t received a definitive or concrete solution.

This has been a brand-new system for my home, and instead of enjoying the investment, I’ve been dealing with constant errors, downtime, extra costs, and stress for months.

I’m sharing this so others can make informed decisions before investing in this brand.

Bluesun has confirmed that they will replace the machine, which is great news. Once the process is fully completed, I will update my review to acknowledge that, despite the difficulties and errors along the way, the company ultimately responded and honored the warranty.

I am very dissatisfied with both the product quality and Bluesun’s after-sales service. A defect occurred in one block of the PV battery storage system during the stated warranty period. The supplier initially responded and acknowledged the issue. When discussions moved to replacement of the defective battery block and shipment arrangements, the supplier ceased communication. More than 10 contact attempts were made through Emails and other available channels, with no further response received. As of this review, no replacement or resolution has been provided, and the warranty issue remains unresolved.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this PV product and with Bluesun’s after-sales support.
The product quality is not reliable, and the lack of communication from the seller makes the situation worse. A battery storage system is a critical and complete silence from the supplier during the warranty period is unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or this supplier. Buyers should be aware of the potential risk if warranty support is needed.

Very bad experience with both HV batteries purchased. SOC level jumping, droping on daily basis, errors when battery is fulll, display freezing, very low quality ... Solar power plant stops due to battery errors.
Long term deception by Bluesun about resolving errors inefficiency in resolving them and now they are also become unresponsive.
They no longer answer any communications, phone calls, emails.
I strongly advice against any purchase from Bluesun company.

We buy 10kw system they said can run several appliencies in one time, ITS LIE. Cant turn on heater of 2kw! after turning vacuum cleaner Sistem is down!
They refuse to change inverter or batteries

Bluesun is an absolute con. They have no technology behind the system they sell as they just bundle products from other suppliers like batteries, inverters, panels, etc. All technical support come from the individual component suppliers and they just pass on the responsibilities to them. We purchased a 326kW system from them and it’s now junk. Batteries started failing after 1-year despite the 10-year written warranty that Bluesun gave. They tried every conceivable excuse to void the warranty and after failing at all attempts, they now avoid communication. This goes up to the management level as well. Do NOT buy anything from them. This is probably the WORST solar pv system in China if not the world!!

One star is not worth, but tryst pilot gives no other choice
Purchased 20 5.42 kW batteries from them. Under a year and they beginning to fail.
They badge a Megarevo inverter which again , Magarevo has not worked out it's issues either.
Two companies that are selling products that should not be on the market.

Absolut enttäuschend! Ich habe bei Bluesunpv einen 10kW LFP-Akku gekauft und nach nur einem Monat Betrieb sind bereits 5 Zellen tiefenentladen, teilweise auf unter 1V! Das ist nicht nur inakzeptabel, sondern auch gefährlich. Trotz der versprochenen 10 Jahre Garantie gibt es keinerlei Reaktion von der Firma. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, Bluesunpv zu kontaktieren – keine Antwort, keine Hilfe, einfach nichts! Die Garantie kann man offensichtlich in der Pfeife rauchen. Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen, wenn euch eure Investition und Sicherheit wichtig sind!

Absolutely disappointing! I purchased a 10kW LFP battery from Bluesunpv, and after just one month of operation, 5 cells are deeply discharged, some even below 1V! This is not only unacceptable but also dangerous. Despite the promised 10-year warranty, the company has not responded at all. I’ve tried contacting Bluesunpv several times – no answer, no help, absolutely nothing! You can forget about the warranty. Stay away from this company if you care about your investment and safety!

I have six of the batteries there 12 Kw hybrid inverter and all there other components it has never worked has never worked the batteries have no model or serial numbers the instructions were no help and there is no technical support I have tried to give it away but no takers I surrender.

We bought 14 pallets of solar panels as well as inverters and battery systems from Bluesun.
The panels are ok but the inverters and battery had never-ending issues and it ended in a complete nightmare for us. The manuals contain conflicting information and are not being updated when products have changed. Firmware updates created more problems instead of fixing them. Their engineering support is unresponsive and unable to help. Their sales team has zero business ethics. On top of that it is difficult to communicate with them due to their broken English.
We basically bought a pile of scrap metal & electronics which doesn't work and we can't return it.
Please stay away from this company!

I put a 3Kw BlueSun panels on rental property and from day one they under performed and the contractor blamed Blusun and Bluesun blamed the contractor.
8 yrs on and changing tenants so I checked the system and only 25% output, took the panels down and 9 out of 12 panels are blistered on the back and 5 of those have burnt out section with black arcing on the back. These people put out panels that are not only bad but dangerous.
It is a pity I can't put up photos.

Avoid this company at all costs. Over a year ago, we were convinced to install their solar systems, but they've been nothing but trouble since day one. Despite numerous calls and emails, the contractor who installed the systems has been utterly unhelpful, and Bluesun’s customer service is no better. They promised support and warranties in the initial contract, yet we've received no official warranty documents to back up those claims. The systems themselves—comprised of a 50 kW and later an upgraded 100 kW system along with their BMS and batteries—have been defective and malfunctioning continuously. The 50 kW system failed within the first year, and the 100 kW system started having issues just weeks after installation. We are now stuck with what appears to be 40 faulty batteries, and both the contractor and Bluesun refuse to offer any meaningful resolution. It's been one year now, and we are nearing $30,000 in additional expenses! Despite having bills to support these claims, Bluesun has not offered any reimbursement, refund, or aid, even within the warranty period. This has been an incredibly frustrating and costly experience.

Don't listen to people who Bluesun put up to give good feedback.
We purchased 40 batteries from them and have proven with grid data and monitoring data that 25 percent of the energy stored can't be accounted for. Their battery storage system is defective. They have failed to provide a response other than YOU PAID A SKODA PRICE BUT WANT A BMW.
AFTER spending over 50000usd in batteries.
I will be taking this to court

They sold us two systems that never worked. They gave us warranties on the proforma invoices but HAVE REFUSED TO SEND US ANY WARRANTY DOCUMENTS.They rebadged Megarevo Inverter both 50 and 100 kW. Combined it with their BMS and
batteries. The systems never worked.
properly and less than one year LATERthe 50 kW is down. We had upgraded to a 100 kW system and 6 weeks later is malfunctioning. Their 40 batteries are defective and are refusing to replace them
A pile of junk

they are a scam company, they sent the material but they didn't help me at all when I had problems, a solar panel broke from the lower part a week after assembly due to the temperature change, I asked for a replacement and they no longer responded, blocking me everywhere I hope that company is banned from selling in Europe

This company is a "big shame" for China, they are real cheaters // never buy from them.

I bought a 15kwp + 20 kwh batterie from them but after 1 year its still not working and they stopped to respond and provide warrantie services. My client near got crazy because if them.

This company is cheating clients by selling inverters and batteries which never working, build on very old technology (not state of the art), the sales and their support and engineers are totally unskilled, do not understand the basics of batteries and inverters

The "so called" Managers are unabel to help, i chattend with a totally useless lady. After 1 year testing and exchanging (wrong) parts they stopped to respond.

I replaced all with a serious supplier, big loss project, never again.

Never buy from them, i get them to court, they have assets in a germany warehouse i will go after to compensate the damage, If anyone want to join, pls. get in contact.

I have a 20KW system that is constantly faulty, and the Lithium batteries are a major reason for the fault.

Took 14 months , 80+ mails to the company, 100+ Whatsap messages, 40+ Whatsapp messages, 5 to the Embassy and Consulate, 4 to Chamber of commerce., 20 unanswered phone calls to the company.
I had to sign an agreement that i will not post anymore on this event and
Mark Ma today organised the partial Refund. Money is wired from the company but still on hold on Paypal.

I bought a complete system of panels for 2 clients.
I received the batch with new cracked panels. 10 kw The panels mechanical specs were fake. With 3 kgs on top they got shuttered. The production was similar to a system of 40% less. So I thought no problem they have an explicit international warranty . Like any company they will honor it. And here started the nightmare.over 60 emails unanswered . After I did contact the consulate they replied. They acknowledged the problem but they told me explicitly if they fix it they will loose their commision. Since then I wrote to Chamber of Commerce and few other regulators. The company is Selling low quality products, not providing after sales service but above all they treat the warranty like toilet paper.. they give it no value.... as such my recommendation is stay away if you do not want to loose your money.
