Nearly perfect...
I ordered the grasshopper lamp and learned after checkout that I had a 1 1/2 month waiting time-which was fine. Excellent delivery service. The only thing I need to mention is the finish of the lamp. The black coating it very slightly bumpy in a few places, the neck joint is slightly twisted... I am a picky architect though, my partner did not notice any of this... and for the price it’s still excellent.

Ordered a wall lamp and a standard one. Both are as described and good value. The standard lamp has a good heavy base to make it stable.
One of the lamps took longer to deliver (this was advised on the website) but they kindly sent the other lamp straight away, rather than me having to wait for the second one.
So all good.

Shocking!
Shocking! Order 3 new bar stools in early December last year. Had to wait 3 months for delivery which we were notified about and were happy to wait as we loved the stools so much. Yesterday the wait was over and I couldn't wait to open the boxes. Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that they had sent the wrong stools. Am now waiting for a courier to collect them and have been told it's another 10 week wait until the stools I want are back in stock !!! A minute problem compared to everything else that is going on in the world but really disappointing that this company cannot get a simple order right in that length of time. Order cancelled. Refund requested. Will find bar stools elsewhere.

Good customer service - questionable quality products
We have had three separate products from different ranges at BlueSuntree. What is clear from our experience is that the website is really well presented, giving the impression of designer quality and style. On delivery, we have been generally disappointed with the products, as the quality does not justify the price. However, the customer service has been good and our complaints have been handled well. If the furniture and accessories were more Scandinavian in design/build quality rather than Far Eastern, then we might return, but for now we could not recommend.
