Long lead time but I was warned.
Instructions not quite right but I worked it out.
Some scratches and bubbling of pain on drawers. I emailed the company and they offered a replacement (I couldn't wait that long again!) or some money off which I accepted.
I do like the desk, shame about the marks.

Lamps good. Delivery costs problematic
The lamps were as described. The packaging was extensive, too much waste for my liking but did ensure the goods arrived safely. My big gripe was that I had to faff around to get the best deal for delivery. It was cheaper to order the 2 table lamps separate from the standard lamp than it was to get them sent together. If you did not try this there was quite a large difference in cost.

What can I say that is not good about the experiences I've had with this company and the wonderful telephone members of staff, both pass and present. A worthy 6 stars if there was one; ie, for friendliness, understanding and considerable helpfulness beyond any customer service's I've so far experienced.
I'm ever so grateful for that unmistakable good rapport / communication and the confidence it gave me to addressed in hilights of one's uneasiness when dealing with other.
My only smallish gripe is delivery flexibility!
Ps, that missing star mentioned above ☆

Excellent company to deal with. They went out of there way to ensure that the chair was delivered before we went on holiday. The delivery company they used kept in touch with us on the day to ensure the delivery could be made.

Very poor delivery service.
Order placed 22nd February
Arrived into stock 8th May
Told despatched 15th May and would be contacted by courier
Chased 3 times and finally contacted 22nd May to say delivery
30th May
Note items were paid in full when the order was placed.
I'll let you be the judge regarding what is an acceptable delivery service. I just hope the items arrive undamaged.

We have investigated this further with the relevant departments and can see that the original delivery date advised is week ending 25th May 2018.
The delivery postal code is not an area where the courier company cover each week, therefore there has been a few days delay in booking in a delivery date, however we can see that this is booked in for delivery on the 30th May 2018.
