bad user experience on mobile version
This time I used the mobile version, and the experience was very poor. After selecting my prefered delivery method, the entire page was stuck. I had to do all the operations again. I tried several times, it's the same problem. Therefore I have to choose another delivery method. After I completed the whole process, I didn't receive any comfirmation email.
