Poor Quality

I hate to give bad reviews for this company but these clothes are just low quality. I initially ordered a red dress which came and it was honestly like a curtain, way too big and just such poor quality. I returned it for a refund but they only do store credit. I was gifted store credit to use on something else which I did. Annoyingly, you have to spend more than the gift voucher for it to be redeemed. On the second purchase, I received yet another low quality piece that didn’t fit and again, looked like a curtain. It also looked completely different to the picture. I was so disappointed as the pictures of the items look so beautiful but it’s just not what you see in the pictures. In desperation I returned this one and received what they told me, will be the last credit note against a return. As I didn’t want the same issue again, I ordered a swimsuit which I hoped wouldn’t be an issue. It has arrived today and again, it’s so low quality. I tried to tie the top bikini top ties and they kept sliding undone and unattached itself, due the shinny material. This means the top will constantly fall off whilst I’m swimming? What? Mind blown that I have now had 3 issues. I’m now left with a swimsuit I can’t wear, no option to return and out of pocket. I don’t think I’ve ever been this disappointed by a brand, as I have this one.

Plus, I had to pay the return fee, every single time and each item took weeks to arrive. Bear in mind, we are in March and the first purchase was in December which I had hoped to use for new years but it never arrived in time.

Also, the photos on the website are so unclear. You can barely see the material on the photos and there’s little to no description.

Such a shame as the customer service is lovely.

The most horrific experience

The most horrific experience, placed an order and one month later did not receive my item when they said they would deliver in 5-7 days. They then took a further few weeks to reply to my emails. Horrible experience.

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago

I placed an order over 6 weeks ago, I contacted customer support, via email, Insta dm (which they have conveniently turned off) and every other possible method. Avoid this company at all costs- they have taken my money and have not responded to me in two months!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I received my item and worn twice. The heart started to come off so I sent it back! She then tried to tell me it had hair on but the picture taken it was on a fur throw?! Yet she didn’t tell me this when you first received the item, I had to chase her and then told me it had hair on it! Surly if this was the case she would have got back to me as soon as she received the item back.
I retuned my item back in May 2022 and still I don’t have my item or the money back!! She just ignores messages and emails, yet she is posting photos of her out having a good item!
I don’t know how people like her live with themselves keeping other people’s hard earned money! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

This company is the worst …

This company is the worst company I have ever ordered from. My order was placed and paid for on October 28th, never sent and then was told I had to pay for an extra worldwide shipping ????? two weeks later still no response. I will be disputing through ny bank and then reporting this company to the EU, because apparently I am not the only one with this issue. Almost $200 that I am fighting to get back with no help whatsoever. I hope this company gets shut down and I will keep reporting until it does. Do not get scammed!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever

Avoid purchasing from this brand as it is pure disappointment. The customer service is terrible and this company will leave you out of pocket for months on end.

I made the initial purchase in May, it consisted of two outfits that were two different sizes as it was for myself and my cousin. I had paid for next-day postage but only received the item a week later upon chasing on the matter. I explained to the business that we will be going on holiday and that if the items do not fit correctly will I be able to return them as their return policy was 7 days upon receiving the items. There was no response from the business on this query. When we returned from holiday I sent another message requesting the refund, they then replied stating that I had gone over the returns period regardless of my message explaining that I will be on holiday.

After going back and forth for over a month the business agreed to a refund on the one item and a replacement. (The refund was a battle to get to as apparently, they don't offer returns on orders that have used their discount code which they promote). I returned both items in June waiting to hear from the business regarding the refund. I did not hear back until July and this was only because I had sent a chaser message They agreed to pay me my refund and exchange my other item for a bigger size.

The month is now August and I have chased numerous times asking for an update on the refund and when the item will be shipped. After finally hearing back they stated that the bigger size will not return to the stock until a certain day. I understood this and waited for them to let me know when it will be back in stock and sent. There was no update for weeks but they continued to read the messages and post on their stories saying all sizes were in stock. This trigged me to send another message asking for an update but I was left with no response.

I only received the refund in August but it is now September and I am still waiting for this item. I am happy to support small businesses at this current time but this business is just not worth the time or money.

Avoid at all costs.
