Run away!!
I bought 1 BMAX B9 and 1 BMAX B1 from Aliexpress, the seller being Flagship Factory Store.
The B9, purchased on 05/20/2025, broke down on 09/30/2025 (it seems the fan isn't spinning and the PC got very hot).
I contacted the seller, who asked me to return the PC at my expense. I didn't want to return my PC with my personal data! I asked for a fan to be sent, and the seller is asking me €20 for the sending. I thought this device was under warranty...
I contacted BMAX twice but got no response.
I turned to Aliexpress, who asked me for a video! I'm going to do it to show that the fan isn't spinning.
The matter isn't over yet, but I don't recommend anyone buying from BMAX. Run away from this brand whose quality is more than questionable and which does not deign to respond to its customers.

I bought a laptop, y13.

The laptop is broken (black screen), bmax does not reply.

So basically I have a 300 dollar brick

Terrible company.

Bought a BMAX B8 Pro Mini PC. Did worked great the first months. But then suddenly turned off and didn't go on anymore. I send it back to China without SSD (with personal data) and got a refund on Aliexpress.

I speak by direct experience and confirmed by the endless negative reviews you can find over the internet about BMAX.

The chance that you will get a faulty laptop/device is shamelessly high, as well as the chance that the (email) customer service will ignore your help requests.

I can't even suggest to accompany whatever you think to purchase with a 5 years guarantee. Just don't buy anything from BMAX. Don't waste your money and your time.

I have bought a Y13 that died after very few hours (like 20 hours). The customer service responded only once and didn't help. Basically the feeling was like dropping 350 dollars in the toilet and flush. And now I have this beautiful laptop that doesn't turn on and that I can use as decoration to remind myself how stupid was buying from BMAX.

Never have I ever seen a company that is supposed to be a professional Laptop maker take so long to respond to my messages.

I bought a Laptop from their Official Shop on Aliexpress and paid 100$ for DHL express shipping on 4-6-2021

THE tracking number provided is wrong and different courier than request on purchase and I even contacted the courier company and they confirmed that to confirm if the shipping ID is correct or not (which by the way I shouldn't even had to bother doing since it's the responsibility of the seller) they confirmed that the tracking number provided doesn't even exist in their system.

After countless of messages on Twitter and DMs in Aliexpress they finally replied and told me that I was right the tracking number is wrong and they will provide a DHL tracking number for the item that was over 7 Days ago. I have yet to receive the correct tracking number.

Currently, I'm on a dispute with them. and as usual Aliexpress support is the worst you had to contact the bot and go back and forth to get a human agent. (EVEN THOUGH I'M A 5+ Year non-stop paying customer) they still won't provide an acceptable support. I have decided that this will be my last purchase with Aliepxress as well because of how trashy they treat their long time customers.

Overall, I would defiantly recommend you not to buy from this vendor or aliexpress for that matter .

if you are looking for a well priced chinese made laptop I would suggest chuwi, and if you're looking for high end chinese Laptop try Xiaomi both mentioned companies have good reputation.

Bmax Laptops has been a promising Chinese laptop provider selling in all main Chinese channels like AliExpress.

Their products look quite sharp, design and a good performance for the price you pay.

But... if you have a problem, something stops working. Forget , their customer or support service is almost inexistent, they dont reply take weeks to a single reply and saying almost nothing.

If you are expecting to have a warranty after the day you get it. Forget it, better to throw it away.
