I called them about a power outlet to be replaced. They rudely hung up on me. If you a small client they won't care. Also, to get services for them you need to become their client, whatever that means.
WHY are you offering residential services if you expect so much red tape to become your client. Useless to individual and rude. Can you imagine, a guy calls them for a quote and they simply don't care and hang up.
I needed to have a back up generator for power failures in South Australia. I spoke John Baumann and he guided me through the whole process of how to do it, where to buy generator. they send out a crack hot team to do install and teach me how to work it and trouble shoot it if needed. The way they designed it and implemented is that it even charges my solar batteries via the inverters and keeps 90% of house running in case of a failure. This type of service is rare.
