Had my vehicle in for some BMVS Edition coil overs
From the initial suspension demo to having it fitted the service received from Simon and the team at Bognor Motors was fantastic!

Brilliant service all round. Took my standard Mk5 Golf GTI here and they transformed it with suspension, wheels and everything needed to go stage 2+. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The work is spot on. Thanks.

Extremely disappointing 'whole experience'.
Bought a van for 30k (including vat). Worst garage I've ever dealt with in half a century.
One of the co-directors couldn't get rid of us quick enough, rushing off to his nice new Porsche (not VW) and leaving. Other co-owner Oli is rude and condescending when challenged or questioned.
Vehicle left their location without oil in the system or adblue, on a 7 hour drive back up north. Lights coming on during motorway journey so couldn't get to a garage for some distance. On removing the oil cap checking and retilling oil, there was steaming gunge coming from the tube! Had to get a full service and oil change from my local vw garage, which Bognor motors should've done!
I wouldn't recommend this, all that glitters definitely isn't gold. Clearly not the company which started over 100 years ago.

I’ve used Bognor motors a few times now and can honestly say their service and work is amazing,my car drives like new,had a complimentary clean,the staff are fantastic,and it’s very reasonably priced,keep up the good work!

I have used Bognor Motors for van hire twice this year and the service and attention to detail was superb. Ironically today I was working out how to jump start my daughters car and Matt was delivering a car to my neighbour. What a fantastic Good Samaritan. He sorted everything out in 5 minutes. It’s nice to know that people like him still exist .Thank you Matt …. You are a star😇

I recently had the BMVS Special Edition coilover kit supplied and fitted by Bognor Motors to my 2014 VW Transporter T5 (LWB), and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. The van now feels like a completely new machine — it handles absolutely impeccably, with a much smoother and quieter ride, especially noticeable on the motorway.

The team at Bognor Motors were outstanding from start to finish. Extremely professional, super knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do — these guys really know their stuff when it comes to VW Transporters.

In my opinion, the coilover kit was worth every single penny — and the journey from Hertfordshire to Bognor was absolutely worth it too. My only regret is that the garage isn’t closer, as I’d love to use them for all my automotive work and servicing.

Bognor Motors provided a first class service to me. My car is 20 years old so I accepted an initial offer in late December for a Winter check.
My car had passed it's MOT in Autumn elsewhere and I assumed I was driving a safe car until it started making scraping noises. Of course parts wear out and should not be taken for granted, especially when your life depends on your wheels/brakes etc.
Matt made me completely aware of safety issues which they promptly fixed yesterday. It is so reassuring to have professional people with integrity looking after you.

I wanted to improve the suspension and ride on my T5.1 and had read plenty of reviews about the various options. I called Simon at Bognor to discuss various options and prices. As they had various vans in stock and available for hire, with a variety of different suspension options fitted, he offered me the opportunity to drive and feel the difference in ride between the different options. I was able to decide, with confidence, on the best option for me and booked the van in for the following week. Suspension was upgraded and fitted without fuss and I am still happy with the ride a few months later. Based on my personal experience, I would thoroughly recommend Bognor Motors

We needed a long wheel base van with only a weeks notice. Bognor Motor Vehicle Solutions a local independent Bognor company were friendly efficient and very pleasant to deal with. What was quoted was exactly what was charged. The vehicle was immaculate and the service provided was exemplary through out. As a local independent Bognor Regis company we try to use other local independent companies as BMVS are. Great service I would highly recommend them. 100% satisfaction from a fellow local independent company. If you need a hire vehicle I would recommend you try BMVS first. We were not disappointed. I ordered a new transporter from Oli at Bognor Motors back in Feb’22 and without asking he beat three other quotes I had hands down. Between then and now we have had lots of discussions about various additions to the van and he has always answered quickly, politely and always willing to help.
When I was in the area last July we visited the garage and he was only to willing to discuss items and show us around the workshop. He took us out in their demo van and must have spent at least two hours with us.
When I collected my van last week Oli left a previous commitment to do the hand over himself.
Would I recommend BMVS absolutely and would have no hesitation in contacting them for any future purchases. You feel you are in honest safe hand when you deal with these guys.
