Great location!
We had our 7y/o son with us, which made this property and location ideal for us as it was bang in the city centre and easy to get about.
The property was great, spacious rooms and plenty of space for our son to play and relax between outings. Would highly recommend.

From booking to departure I cannot fault the process or service provided by Altido team Derek & Liz. The property was exactly as described, exactly as we wanted, and the stay was perfect in every way. If you want to enjoy a hassle-free luxury trip to the city, contact the Altido Team, you will be glad you did!

We loved our stay in the flat. It was cozy, comfortable and everything we wanted wss provided for us. Edinburgh is a great city to explore and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed there with our child 5 years old. The flat is on a perfect location for everyone. Pretty much everything in Edinburgh are within walking distance but really quiet. A good walking course around Arthur's Seat is just a few steps away from the door. The rooms are well equipped, clean and stylish. We really enjoyed our visit thanks to this wonderful accommodation.

Had a wonderful stay here in October. We stayed in a lovely spacious New Town flat which was perfect for a family - we came with our little one and it was lovely and quiet and the neighbours were very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, lots of lovely restaurants and pubs and shops nearby, super close to lovely walks down the Water of Leith or to the Botanics and Inverleith Park and also quick to get into town to do some more shopping, eating and drinking and sightseeing. Host was very welcoming and Altido were very helpful and easy to contact throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us staying as a family of 3. Parked the car on the allocated space and it didn’t move for the entire stay. The apartment is in a great location for the town centre. Shops close by for buying essentials for the stay. Living room very comfy and a good room to be able to cook food in and watch TV during the recent local restaurant and bar closures. Would happily recommend the apartment and would happily stay again.

The apartment is located in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre and old city and surrounded by a network of bars and restaurants, cinema, theatre, shopping center. It is extremely clean and equipped with everything needed for a short/long stay. Therefore, with full confidence, I will recommend it to any single or couple or proffesional guests.

We rented an apartment on West Bow, Old Town Edinburgh, for 5 nights from Altido. Great size apartment. The bigger bedroom has a comfy bed but my sister said the smaller bedroom wasn't comfortable. Big living room with sash windows to watch the world go by. We enjoyed our stay though there are a few things that could be improved. Esthetically the apartment could do with some fixing and painting. The toilet is separate from the shower/ bath and the shower/ bath room has a frosted glass window in the door that you can still see through - this should be changed or put a blind over it. A self catering apartment needs things like tea towel, surface cleaner and bin bags to allow you to look after the place well. We asked for a tea towel and housekeeping delivered one which was good. I had brought bin bags and we bought surface cleaner.
There were no lamps in the small bedroom or living room, just the big glaring light on the ceilings. There were 2 lamps in the big bedroom with American plugs that couldn't be used. We asked for lamps and were brought adapters so could use 1 lamp in the bedroom and move one to the living room. A living room needs ambient lighting for sitting in at night. The flat looked clean but the floors were actually very dusty- it was attached to the bottom of my slippers. Due to lockdown we didn't experience the noise from the pubs but even someone talking walking by, it sounded like they were in the flat with you so I'd imagine the noise is insane when the area is on full throttle.
I would use Altido again though as the communication from Mike was quick and reliable. Thank you for that

A great find in a central location of Edinburgh. This 3 story town house is full of luxury and has everything you need for all the family. It was exceptionally clean and plenty of local amenities too. A real home away from home.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Glasgow's West End, really clean, and lovely little touches, with tea bags and biscuits provided. Almost immediate responses on the Airbnb app and the team was always really helpful. A little noisy at night in the bedroom facing the street, but worth it for the incredible location.

Lovely flat to stay in the heart of Edinburgh and in the beautiful gem of Stockbridge which is a village in the centre of the city. Highly recommend.
