I would give a 0 if I could! I’ve been a Bnext user for quite some years. Bnext used to be great in every way, including their customer support, but it’s all terrible experiences nowadays!

There was already an issue a few months ago that they charged me for a transaction that didn’t go through. They wouldnt refund it no matter what, but did it quietly without communication after I left a bad review somewhere, weird!

I was going to cancel my account after spending the fund i have in Bnext. Why? You may ask. That is because they charge you a fee for transferring YOUR OWN money back to YOUR OWN account. (Update: in the reply, they said they would transfer the money back if you cancel with a balance! I don’t know how i feel about this.
Like you are encouraging people to cancel your account more than letting people move their own money back and forth, keeping the account alive.)

Little did I know, they decided to start charging a “monthly maintenance fee” if you don’t spend enough money every month. That ridiculous fee will be even higher if you dont spend enough after 3 months. Like seriously? WT*? What kind of scam is this?

Didn’t care anymore. Just transferred the remaining few euro left back to my account, letting them charge the transfer fee. And now I’m going to delete my account! I guess people were right when they told me Revolut is better.

Oh i should add this too:
A few months ago when I transferred money from my bank to bnext for my trip, my bank immediately blocked my bank account and card. I should have taken the sign at the time that even my bank has identified Bnext as suspicious.

As a Bnext investor, I do not recommend using this app, they continuously change its terms & conditions, you try to contact them and there's no phone number, even the law says that they must provide a phone number to attend to the customers.

They lie on the email, they try to charge for everything, and you need to keep persistent, it is a waste of time to contact them, no one takes ownership, the heads don´t say anything, it is like talking to a wall, and I repeat, I invested money to them, cuz I trusted, but they are all liars and don´t take care for their customers.

Its been more than 50 emails to solve my issues, and still not solved,

Really disappointed, really bad experience, they lost me as a customer since the early beginning of the company, and hope this post can help other users to please, do not use Bnext, use other platforms such as Revolut or Monesse.

I love the confort.

Don't open a bank account with them. Since months I'm trying to get money back to my account and they don't allow me. Always changing the terms and conditions for their benefit.

There is no transparency with the details of transactions (exchange rates applied), they handle your money, but do not give you answers when you ask about it even if you have the right to know. For me, the worse bank I have ever dealt with, not worth your time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Customer service in Spain bad, not competent at all, doesn't respond to your questions.

No hay transparencia con el tema de transaciones, manejan tu dinero, pero no te dan respuestas cuando preguntas pero tienes derecho a saberlo, por lo tanto admito que peor banco con que trataba. NO RECOMIENDO. Servicio de atencion de cliente fatal, no competente.

It's the best option I have found among other similar new banks. Every time I have travelled to another country it has been really useful and cheap witdrawing money, also I have made use of some promotions they had with riding companies. The new options they have added with cripto and Ria money transfers are super because I was missing that compared to the competence. The app was working kind of weird during the last months, but now I have no problems.

So far one of the best virtual account I have.
Especially if you travel lots in other countries, like me, the exchange rate and where the card is accepted is great. The only shame is that you are only able to open an account with them if you are resident in Spain.

So far I'm impressed with my Bnext account. The app works very nicely. I would love to see better support for English speakers, and the other issue is that they aren't on the approved list for social security payments, so that can cause problems.

10 days without access to my money... and now I have still problems to access the account. Much better if you choose other accounts

Found the card useful to transfer money from Europe to my son who was studying in US. Cheaper and without all the hassle of a regular bank account. Good phone and tablet apps.

Good and easy. Some minor things to improve but the guys are working hard on making it better.
