Worst as ever, the customer service, the feedbacks, online banking support, the cost for business accounts. They always ignore the emails and phone calls, BNP PARIBA GROUP SHOULD DEFİNETLY SUPERVİSE THİS BANK, as they literally making awful their reputation.
I keep on receiving phone calls from BNL, even if I closed my bank account more than 10 years ago.

I remember it has been one of the worst banks I ever had an account with...
Nowadays, here's the catch: about an year ago I subscribed for a TelepassX contract, so I've been "gifted" with a BNL bank account. Didn't want it, never been able to activate it anyway, bank consultant keeps on calling to fill in some AML questionnaire.
It's impressive how messed up is this bank organization and how it could still be operating amongst the other competitors!
My opinion has not changed since 10 years ago:

Avoid it at all costs
The worst service ever seen. Almost one year to close my current account in Italy..my phone calls and emails completely ignored. And still waiting for the residual money to be transferred to the account provided. Not raccomended.
Terrible bank. Insane banking fee and poor customer service. They made me sign up for hidden insurance plan called 'Serenity Conte Corrente' without providing proper details or explaining.
Worst company ever. As an italian customer, these are my issues:
- they give away bank account information to my relatives thinking I am them, violating all privacy related EU laws.
- the app is permanently under "maintenance"
- limited operations possibilities on the app (cant authorize permanent bank transfer abroard, no possibility to top up bank account from your prepaid card....I am wondering what I am paying for.
- for transfer entries I need to wait a whole weekend (no automation)
- about staff professionalism I will not even talk about
- to close my bank account I waited 1.5 years.
THE WORST SUPPORT/APP/ONLINE-BANKING/EVERYTHING EVER. Nothing works. Only troubles. And you have to pay a bunch of canone per month (mine is 6,20 euro) for getting basically nothing but problems.
