No reaction neither via mail nor phone after order confirmation, which had no bank account information in it. Tried to change the payment method to cash by delivery, but there were no reaction of the support to my mail. Quite sad, because I don't know any other places supplying paulownia cores.
I tried to place several orders, starting 1 month ago. At no point i was asked to pay anything, I received each time an email saying my order was confirmed, but i guess it's fake since i didn't receive anything. I send several email asking how things were going, and when sould i pay, but not a single response. If it's a scam, I don't know how it works. Or else the people behind the shop are just incompetent...
Nice products and good quality stuff and you can order small amounts. 1 Star less for the long shipment.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They asked for full payment before the order can be processed which I applied with. This was over two weeks ago that payment was made to a Fabian Schaeler. I still have not had my order, and it says that my order has not even been processed yet. Despite me contacting them multiple times to see what has happened to my order, there has been no response. I do not believe my order will ever turn up and that they have taken money with the intention of never sending my order. I have now looked into reviews of this company on various platforms to find this is not the first time this has happened to someone.

Payment was received on friday 20.4, parcel was send out then on 23.4 (monday) and arrived from germany to UK in 2 days (tracking id from gls-group.eu : 35840752564) - can tell this, since i only had only one customer called Alix from UK.
This site is a scam. Ordered and paid for products and shipping. Didn't receive products. Tried to contact responsible person who calls himself Fabian Schäler several times without any response.
