So far not much to say. Had a great write up based on the material I supplied that depicts the true nature of who I am. On boarding was March 25th and final presentation April 14th. Not sure if that's... See more

The governance and compliance courses are shockingly low-quality. Sections repeat themselves verbatim, and several of the quiz questions are flat-out wrong, which makes it hard to take the training seriously.
When I enrolled, I was told they’d be connecting me with companies for potential opportunities. But after an entire month with zero communication, I assumed nothing had happened. Only when I called to cancel did I learn (for the first time) that they claimed to have “put me in front of” four companies. The lack of transparency and follow-through was deeply disappointing.
Filters you'd expect to be standard in any platform when searching through aren't available, making searching very time-consuming.
Save your money and look elsewhere.
Jennifer Swaby has been great. Once I engaged with her, I was guided to several good opportunities!

The onboarding process was excellent. The only recommendation that I'd make is to review the AI generated Bio a little better.

Lisa Williams was a great partner in her communication, understanding my background and summarizing in the most professional and polished manner. Lisa took the time to carefully articulate the most important and impactful aspects of my career in a manner that would make it easy for potential companies to consider my skill set and value it could bring to their organization.

Excellent sales pitch. No leads. No contacts. Extremely high price. Hard to find the cancellation button. Charged for a month of service after I had requested to cancel. Excellent sales pitch. Underwhelming product.
The process and work flow with my Boardsi team was first rate, timely and responsive to my questions.

The staff assigned to write my executive profile was Lisa Williams. She did a truly terrific joy distilling my career into a narrative that captured who I am and all that I've done. Her drafts were beautifully written, timely and thorough. She was immediately responsive to my suggested edits and additions. I was truly impressed and humbled by the glowing final product she produced. Overall, the process was seamless for me and I feel excited by the possibilities the profile she created will bring.

My experience from the initial contact to the publication of my bio was exceptional.
My representative, Lisa Williams was unbelievably phenomenal. Lisa took limited information that I provided and produced a very professional and impressive characterization of me/my career. She obviously took the time to research beyond the limited info I provided. I was "wowed" by the first draft and only had minor edits. Thank you, Lisa!

I used Boardsi’s services for five months and paid a total of $1,175 in fees. Unfortunately, my experience resulted in no measurable return on investment.
During my membership, I did not receive a single opportunity that progressed meaningfully toward a board or advisory role. As a finance professional, I found that there were very few companies in the financial sector represented, and many of the postings appeared outdated or inactive. Given this, it seemed unlikely from the outset that a placement would materialize.
The service appeared to focus more on maintaining memberships than on delivering tangible placement outcomes.
Communication was also inconsistent. I received an invitation for an “introductory interview” during my membership, but when I asked for clarification, I only received a response after sending a follow-up email. Additionally, less than one month after canceling my membership, I was contacted again via LinkedIn regarding an introductory interview. When I replied that I was not interested in renewing, I did not receive any further response.
The only professionally delivered component during my membership was my Leadafi bio. For that reason, I rated the service two stars rather than one.

An employee reached out to me over LinkedIn saying that they were instructed to connect with me and invite me for an interview. I was intrigued by a paid board position so I scheduled a call. The guy that called me today was difficult to understand he kept mumbling and asked me if I was interested in the procurement of a paid board position. I said I am interested if there is a position you had in mind for me. I had done my research and understand this was not an interview but rather a sales call. He must have understood that from my answer. He quickly told me he will send me an email and got off the phone. That was supposedly a discovery call. He only asked me one question, wasted my calendar time and was unprofessional. Upon searching the company on LinkedIn I did not find them. I was only able to access their page from the web browser while I was not signed into my LinkedIn account. I started looking at their employees and noticed something very strange. Executives, sales people and ever partnership directors with less then 200 connections on LinkedIn. Really strange as I am just a sales person and have over 500 connections. Also the profiles of some employees seemed fake. Barely any post or connections and no work experience prior to working at boardsi. The whole thing seems like an absolute scam. They must have realized I wasn't falling for it early on because they never asked for my credit-card as other reviews mentioned. Glad I did my research scam prevented !
The process was smooth, information was garnered in the least time-consuming way, and the result is a profile of me that I think is comprehensive and encouraging of attention from companies that are seeking my experience and skills.

Thank you Boardsi for the great write up highlighting my career for future board and employment opportunities! A special shout out to Lisa Williams, who was engaging throughout the whole onboarding process, answering my questions and responding quickly about next steps. While I am new to Boardsi, so far the process has been smooth and I am looking forward to growing my experiences under the Boardsi team!
