World class customer service
The Boa shoe lace system on my favourite pair of Specialized bike shoes had given up after 9 years of heavy use. I was really frustrated that my bike shoes which are still as good as new had to be thrown out just because of the laces until I found out that Boa offers life time warranty😳. Their website is intuitive and easy to navigate and their service flow simply world class. Within a couple of days I received the repair kit with an easy to understand installation instruction. This is the kind of service that creates good old fashion customer loyalty. Well done and thank you very much.

I was recommended that I'd write directly to Boa for replacement of the cable system in my Specialized S-Works bike shoes and they sent me all the replacement parts free of charge directly from the US.
