The website was easy to navigate and to place my order. The company used recyclable paper packaging and did not over-package the item, an important issue to me which would influence further purchase decisions. The package arrived promptly and was as described so I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

The goods I ordered were what I needed. They are good quality and exactly what I ordered. That said the price was inflated by shipping costs of more than the value of the order, and more than the actual cost of the postage and envelope.

Unreliable in correcting their errors
I recieved four parts but one was a.left hand thread, they should have been all right hand. When I contacted the supplier they said they would replace it. A few weeks past and no replacement was recieved so I contacted them again. they committed a second time to ship a replacement and again nothing was recieved... I gave up after that I've no confidence they ever shipped any replacement, and it's not credible that two replacements were lost in the mail

I think if you were to read some of our other reviews it might change your opinion of us. I can assure you that the re-sends were indeed actioned but I cannot say why there seems to be a problem getting them to your address, I suspect given your location this came down to a border problem.
