We came across Bob and Lush when our dog trainer recommended the food. We began ordering from them in 2017, our dogs loved the food and we were really impressed with the service and quality of the product. However, when they closed and orders went through Paws problems began. Paws then sold to Pet Supermarket, and it was very hit and miss if you could get hold of the food, which is very problematic when you have dogs to feed. We were pleased to see that Bob and Lush seemed to reopen and placed an order with them as we’d rather support a small company. Howeve after placing one order, we now cannot get hold of the dry Salmon food that we usually feed our dog and I see the duck is now out of stock too. We’ve had to change brand as the reliability of getting food has gone and we cannot keep changing our dogs food as this would mess up his tummy. So we have ditched Bob and Lush completely now. A real shame!

Ordered my dog’s food on the 15th #000034820 is the order number! No parcel delivered. No emails answered. Ah and their customers service number is currently out of use 02073057166. Could you please advice me on here where is my order or when I will get some customer service please?

This is a small British company that seem to really care about their dogs. I truly hope they stay as they are and don’t sell out to a commercial company.
They lay out their ingredients transparently ie 60% duck meat which comprises of 55% fresh duck meat, 3% palatable duck fat and 2% offal which is duck liver to coat the kibble in.
Check out their website and look at the “about us” page which is really interesting and will give you a feel for who they are.
It’s not cheap, I grant you that, but at least visit their website so that you can inform yourself.
Customer service…. Omg! They are amazing! I cannot praise them enough.
I emailed to say thank you for a free toy and some treats and from there they sent free samples to my daughter for her dog. Sadly that didn’t work out even though my daughter really wanted it to. Turns out her dog is allergic to poultry in general and she was gutted.
I use the subscribe and save option and have easily changed the delivery date when I ran out a bit sooner than I thought I would. Likewise, in a previous order I’ve easily managed to delay an order whilst we were still using up old kibble before the switch.
Absolutely no problems with this company!
