Wanted models for Christmas. Only ordered after confirming if enough time. 1 week before Christmas, says delivery in January. No response to emails. Only responded after putting a paypal complaint. Can’t say anything about their craftsmanship. If using service, only use Paypal or something like that.

40th wedding anniversary gift
I ordered a double figure of my sister and brother in law for their 40th wedding anniversary, neither of them will have seen anything like this gift before. The whole process from start to finish has been really smooth. I sent a few photos of the two of them from a couple of different angles and described how I would like them posed and even what clothes to wear. I honestly did not think they would be able to replicate everything. I was kept informed of each stage of the process with photo updates. When the figure arrived I could not believe it, everything was perfect, just as I had requested. The attention to detail is superb, even the t. shirts had the motif on and my sister had a cartoon cat t. shirt that was in one of the photos. Truely brilliant. Very talented artists. Thank You.

I bought a bottle stopper as a gift. The communication throughout was good through email. (It did take me a while to realise their initial response went to my spam folder). The product is amazing. Looks exactly like the picture. I have taken a star off tho because it says on the website that the materials used are odorless but mine has a strong plastic/glue smell.

Potential scam
***UPDATE*** Someone ended up texting me and my emails were in my junk. The order still took a lot longer than I anticipated but they did make it right. We have not received the item yet still but they did send photos and it looks really good. I do think their work is great but it is coming from China and takes a lot longer than you would think.
I ordered Dec 1…. I knew it would take some time and have been patient. I have emailed two times and not got a response back. I am now reading so many negative reviews and worry I will not get the quality I was hoping for after looking at other sites. I thought I had picked the best one but I was wrong. They are not going to email you back. I reporting to my bank if I do not hear from them in the next 24 hours.

Initial issue but rectified well
They did a really good job with the bobble head - it looks great! Some communication issues initially, which were rectified by Jessica. They were also very flexible about sending the Bobble head directly to the recipient due to the delay. Much better communication over WhatsApp than email. I'd definitely buy one again but allow a month for it to be made and received.
