Repeated failed Pargo collections…

Repeated failed Pargo collections through Bob Shop/Bob Go have caused unacceptable delays across multiple orders in April 2026. Despite repeated follow-up, the issue was not handled with anything close to the urgency or accountability it required. In one case, we were forced to pay for an overnight Courier Guy shipment ourselves just to make sure a customer received her parcel in time for her wedding. This service has been deeply unreliable, highly frustrating, and extremely damaging to customer trust. Based on our experience, the courier handling and support have been shockingly poor.

All Talk, No Action: A Delivery Service That Failed

No matter how hard I tried to get them to deliver a parcel, they simply did not assist. I kept receiving messages, but there was no action at all. After three weeks, nothing was resolved.

I would not recommend supporting this company, as they failed to deliver the very service they claim to stand for.

Appalling service levels

Appalling service levels, only good at shifting the blame to their “Courier Partner”. No assistance in resolving a way overdue delivery, no accountability, No Go for us.

I am writing this to wCONFIRMED DECEPTION: Admits Failure But Refuses to Pay. Avoid!arn all South…

I am writing this to warn all South African businesses. My experience with Bob Go reveals a company that will admit to a catastrophic failure in writing, yet still illegally refuse to compensate you.

Here is the documented timeline of their deception (Ref: #UAE6ZK3X):

1. THE ADMISSION OF GUILT & RECKLESSNESS: Their delivery partner, Internet Express, emailed me admitting: "We acknowledge that the box was poorly handled." The proof of this is undeniable. The box arrived torn open and hastily re-taped. Most damningly, the contents had been removed and were just thrown back in haphazardly, placed on their sides—an act of recklessness that guaranteed leaks and damage. Despite this visual proof of their mishandling, Bob Go's own Legal Department confirmed this was a "service failure under CPA Section 54." They have confessed in writing, yet refuse all responsibility, hiding behind the excuse, “we are just a platform”. They are the service provider you pay, regardless of subcontractors employed for the service.

2. THE FRAUDULENT INSURANCE LIE: Bob Go's website promises "Each delivery partner offers automatic insurance coverage for shipments up to a specified value at no additional cost." (bobgo insurance page) However, when denying my claim, their Legal Department stated the exact opposite: "Insurance is not automatic." This is a blatant, provable contradiction designed to mislead the public, breaching the CPA.

3. THE SHAM INVESTIGATION: Their denial reasons shift daily: first, "inadequate packaging" (despite the parcel arriving intact from CPT to JHB and their own reckless repackaging causing the leak), then "restricted goods" (based on contradictory pages on their own website). Their legal team calls this "layered for clarity"—it is layered for deception. Furthermore, Internet Express confirms Bob Go never even logged a claim, making their "investigation" a total sham.

4. THE INSULTING "SOLUTION": After all this, their Legal Department's "resolution" was a partial R1000 credit to be used on their platform again—an insulting attempt to lock me into their cycle of failure while avoiding their legal duty to provide a cash refund for my R2889 loss.

The Pattern is Unmistakable:
• Their service will fail.
• Their partners will admit to reckless handling.
• They will blame you, using contradictory policies.
• Their legal team will admit fault but still refuse to pay.

I am taking them to the National Consumer Commission and the Small Claims Court. Do not make my mistake. Your business and sanity are worth more than this. Avoid Bob Go at all costs.
