Used to be amazing. I purchased all shoes (school patent shoes, trainers, urban boots etc) for my two children there for several years with no problem and they held beautifully. Unfortunately, things... See more

Amazing company
Amazing company - brilliant products for little ones - stylish, comfortable and well-fitting - my children have lived in their shoes over the years. Customer service also brilliant. I’m amazed by their low review rating on here as my experience with Bobux has always been a positive one. Will look forward to continuing to use as the children’s feet grow.
Still wondering why did I payed so much…
Still wondering why did I payed so much for Wellingtons?!
Twiced weared and twice the calf of the baby boy is scratched till the blood. The stitches between materials at the calf aren't finished well creating a very uncomfortable and painful experience.
Looked tatty after a month - poor quality
Looked great on receipt but scuffed so easily at the front and basically looked tatty after a month of wear. How has this company got such a good reputation?! Most reviews are when first bought I presume. Back to Clarkes for me
Bad quality
Wouldn't recommend these shoes for toddlers. My daughter is not even that active (not a big climber or anything) and they're basically ruined within a month. All the colour has worn away at the front so they just look constantly dirty even though they aren't. They are also already wearing away at the heel. For £50 a pair I'd expect much better quality.
Best to Avoid !
I really wouldn't recommend Bobux for Toddlers.
After the fourth wear, our sons shoes had scuffs and irreparable damage.
I'm always fascinated at how family established businesses, encourage parents to part with their money to get the best for their child, but fail to deliver.
Considering that this business has been around for over 30 years, erected from the need of the perfect shoes for their daughter, you'd be led to believe that design and customer services, would be outstanding too, but sadly, this is not true of Bobux.
When we had shared our feedback, we were told that they couldn't do anything about it, and that the feedback would be passed to the design team.
We didn't expect much to be done, but it could've been managed with a bit more care.
This lack of tact, leaves you assuming that Bobux do not care about their customers and/or their reputation, serving as a reminder that great marketing does not always translate to a great product.
To amplify their failings on the customer experience, at the time of writing (20.5.21), this page was still unclaimed by Bobux, which speaks clearly on the lack of consideration for the customer's voice, to reflect, to implement change, and most importantly, to be held accountable.
In summary, Bobux are not worth the money, time spent complaining/waiting for a reply from customer services and annoyance associated with the aforementioned. Bobux should certainly be avoided if you care about the planet, care about the environment, keen to reduce waste and thus, sustainability.
Until Bobux can re-think their design, addressing the wider issue of sustainability, and improve their customer service, I encourage you to avoid disappointment and urge you to consider purchasing your child's shoes elsewhere.

Poor Quality
Lovely shoes for babies that barely walk and will be worn mostly on the buggy. For toddlers and kids that run, ride scooters and go to playgrounds, don't waste your money because the shoes will get scuff marks and look awful after the first use.
Lovely products
Lovely products, excellent quality and fast delivery! I love the fact that they work with podiatrists and explain how to choose the right pair of shoes and size regarding the stage of your little one instead of his age as all kids develop at a different pace. My children had many compliments on their shoes and are very happy with them!
Excellent customer service
Excellent choice of shoes for those looking for a more natural shoe. Very stylish and range from children to adult Bought 2 pairs, 1 for 3 year old, 1 for 18 month old. Both love these shoes and fit perfectly. Had a slight issue with the smaller shoe where the shoe began to split, contacted company and gave a very quick response, sent replacement pair next day delivery. Would highly recommend.
Only issue was their sizing is not like traditional shoe measurements, but by using their sizing guide, helped a lot.
