I ordered 185euros of goods from them. They got delayed in delivery then lost. I kept asking for there help which was woeful at best. Then I asked for replacement or refund they said only when order is returned to them. Supposedly part of the order was found and being returned to them but still no refund. And not very responsive when emailed. Also beware the company is part of a group which all sell jars. I only realised when I came to pay and it was to the same company. Avoid them like a plague.
