Disappointing experience
Delivery failure and never got a chance to see my purchase ( I paid for the postage). I got my full refund via email customer service team after a week. Time wasting project and disappointing experience, UPS left a note for collection at the maindoor entrance when I was waiting for my parcel in my flat on second floor.

I am sorry that you weren’t there to take delivery of your order. UPS tried to deliver and left a card for you to collect. You insisted on a full refund including postage costs within an hour of the attempted delivery. I still have not had this returned to me and yet refunded you for the order, not many companies would do that.

I am sorry to hear that there were complications with the delivery.
Your order was sent out with UPS on the 25th May but unfortunately the driver had a problem locating the property. We were not made aware of this until a message was sent to us on the 4th June asking how long shipping usually took to Wales. Once we were told the order had not been received we said that we would look into it and send a replacement should it not turn up in the next couple of days. You did confirm that the driver often needs help to locate your address so there had clearly been a huge mix up by UPS which was very unfortunate.
On the 7th June the parcel arrived back with us so I made arrangements for it to be resent with Royal Mail instead as you confirmed the postman knows your address. This was then posted on 10th June by a Tracked 24 hour service.
I can only assume that the message you received on the morning of the 12th June was informing you that delivery would be scheduled for the following day because the 12th is a Sunday and Royal Mail don’t deliver on a Sunday. I can see that the order was delivered to you on Monday 13th June.
It is not the service that we aim to offer our customers and usually receive an exceptional service from both UPS and Royal Mail but this experience was sadly not up-to the usual standard and can only apologise for that.
