I love Boden clothes I have been a customer for many years however I am not impressed by my experience with the accounts dept My order was charged in full less one small item then when that item was delivered I was charged in full again so still after complaining the amount is still pending so blocking my credit card and to make matters worse I was told I must pay the small amount separately before I would be allowed to make another purchase

Lovely knitted vest top, ideal for summer as you can wear it over a dress, a top or on its own. Highly recommend.

I really like the striped jeans, but the blue is slightly brighter than I had thought. Arrived the next day after I put in the order and that was not special delivery, so very pleased

Order from boden every now and then , recently had a parcel go missing which they refunded swiftly. However, they said theyd send me an invoice for the same order so I could repurchase but unfortunately they never did and a lot of the items went out of stock while I was waiting. Usually love the quality of clothes for my son, but recently we received a tshirt that wasnt sewn up properly along the seam and had a 1.5 inch hole which I had to sew up straight from the packet ! Hopefully that was just a one off..

Products eventually delivered. Both are as per website and our order. Both items are very good quality. The negative is the delay on one of the items. We were not told about the delay until the day it was due to be delivered.
