Whish I had read trust pilot first
Wish I had read trust pilot first. Wish to return item but they are not providing a returns number. This is tantamount to fraud and so I will have to resolve as disputed payment.

Similar experience all the previous 1 star reviews. Ordered a Bodum coffee mug as a birthday present. Upon first use the mug was leaking excessively. Contacted Bodum support and was told the mug isn't 100 % leakproof. That is all, despite me requesting a return label, which was well within my rights during the 14 day period. Contacted them again and eventually got through to someone, who requested video proof. I provided it and was asked whether i wanted a refund or a replacement. I stupidly went for a replacement. Since then, all my emails have been ghosted and no reply has been given as to where my replacement was or when it was coming. Appalling for once a brilliant Danish company.
I will be reporting them to Trading standards and advise others with similar experience to do the same.
