Awful use of Evri the worst delivery service ever - lost my order twice
Now 16 days and Evri lost it again and Bodybuilding Warehouse asking same questions on House Name or number after being informed twice already - worst customer support experience ever

Made an order under BOGOF offer for 5kg…
Made an order under BOGOF offer for 5kg bucket. Promotion wasn’t clear that two needed to be added to basket in order for it to go through but was advised by Maine that I could get a refund (if tub unopened which is was) and reorder and I’d get the offer. I did this within 24 hours and was told the promotion had indeed finished so this was no longer possible. Very disappointing, been a customer of BBW for over 10 years (when Kieran used to respond to customer service queries!) and have always recommended, feel let down!

I was very disappointed with the delivery as the product had leaked into the box. On the lid of the product it tells you to store and transport in an upright position so they delivered them packed on there side. Priceless. 4 tubs
