My first order from these.
My first order after changing suppliers, I buy in bulk for cost savings and this site seemed to have some good deals. The three 5kg tubs were not packed in a small enough box or the carrier was rough with them and the lid came lose in transit. I contacted them and the problem was resolved with a matter of minutes with the option or talking with a real person. Grate customer service, happy with my purchase and will definitely be using again. It is a shame that you cannot mix and match flavours on muti buy options but over all, a great company to deal with.

evri delivery was as usual for evri useless. The first delivery had to be returned due to damage, the second delivered had a loose, malformed lid/lip so I lost some of the powder into the packaging.

If you can manage your order when the price is right and it’s in stock they are great. I can never quite understand though why you pay for delivery by ordering direct but you don’t pay for delivery if you order from EBay, I’m assuming it’s because they use eBay’s couriers

I ordered max gains protein powder on 11 th July with a supposedly 2-3 day delivery. 9 days later I e mailed you ( because it’s almost impossible to telephone you)and was referred to Evri
The courier. Their customer services kept promising to find the item with different excuses, only, on 25th to finally say the had lost it but that you would be in contact with me and I’m still waiting for the product or any contact information. It’s the 29th and I’m still waiting.Absolutely unacceptable behaviour

We're not automatically notified when an order is damaged during delivery, so we only become aware of these situations when customers contact us directly, which allows us the opportunity to resolve them as quickly as possible.
Regarding your chargeback, we can confirm that it was accepted on 23 July. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for your bank to process the chargeback and issue the refund to your account. As the chargeback is now being handled through your bank, the refund timeline is subject to their processing times.
