Paid for good that were never received
I placed an order in November 2014 and after months of corresponding via email, last week Bodycare2000 confirmed they are not going to refund me because the parcel that was never delivered to me was not returned to them either.
I have no proof the parcel was ever posted. I did not sign for the delivery therefore that should be the proof that I did not receive the goods I have ordered.
The dispute should be between Bodycare2000 and the company who were paid to deliver the goods.
Trying to correspond via email has been a night mare and a telephone number is not provided as an alternative method of contacting them.
This was my first time I have purchased from this site. I would like to think my experience has been a one off and has not been the same for other consumers,

Really great to deal with!
I stupidly ordered the wrong product - 2 litres of Tea Tree Body wash instead of Body Lotion. I contacted the company to ask if I could return it and reorder. They were very helpful, and within 24 hours of them receiving the incorrect product back they issued a full refund. Impressive! I will in future use Bodycare2000 whenever I can.

Bodycare 2000 offered the PM products that I wanted at very competitive prices. The order arrived fairly quickly and while there was one incorrect item, the returns process was straight forward and no fuss. I would definitely order products again through Bodycare 2000.
