Booking is very easy -lovely staff who are really understanding and very friendly.
The nurses are also very welcoming and helpful, I attend in the Openshaw clinic.
The tablets I took for weight loss - appetite suppressants are fantastic. Really worked - but you also need to put in sone effort! I experienced NO No side effects - all information and advice was very professional with full health checks.

The Bodyline nurses/staff I've encountered have been very friendly and professional all throughout. They review your history and progress, and ensure your safety above all else before prescribing the medication. They also give you the encouragement and support you need without being patronising. The medication I am on is effective and well-tolerated by my body. In 6 months I lost a total of 16 kilograms. The goal (as discussed with the Bodyline team) is to lose (hopefully) 5-6 kg more by the end of the year. The medications are a bit on the expensive side, but they're truly worth the cost (nothing could be more valuable than our health!). I am very pleased and grateful with the care and service I have received and would encourage those who are having a hard time managing their weight to give Bodyline a try.

The customer service team are great, really try to help, really tentative. Ring back until grey get hold of you, can't fault them.

Easy to book appointments over the phone and/or in clinic. Always seen to at my allocated appointment time, which is important for me due to the times/days clinic is open (Crosby, Liverpool) and having young children. Clean clinic, knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Great service and follow up. Always someone at the end of the phone to help.

bodyline are very professional and agents and nurses are realky friendly and so helpful - i have lost over 1.5 stone now so highly recommend- deliveries are always bang on time and sent in fastest delivery
