First time buying from this brand after seeing their pieces online, which looked really lovely.
However, I’m really disappointed with my experience. I placed an order with multiple sizes of a couple of items, as I wasn’t sure what would fit best, which is very normal when shopping online.
After receiving the items, I contacted the company to arrange a return for the unwanted sizes. I was then informed that they do not offer refunds, only exchanges or alterations.
As this was an online order, customers are legally entitled to return items within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This policy was not clearly communicated in a way that reflects those rights, which is very concerning.
Overall, while the products may look nice, the returns policy and customer service experience have put me off purchasing again. I would advise others to be cautious before ordering.
