Overpriced, very slow and absolutely no communication! I had to chase them for any update from sending me a quotation to obtaining a timeline (even though they said they would tell me as soon as it was booked in!) to finding out if it was ready! Quality of work no better than anywhere else I have used in the past! Just because they are Audi approved doesn’t make them any more professional than any other reputable body shop! Will not use again.

Incapable of carrying out the most basic repairs, and have left myself and a number of people gobsmacked at the level of incompetence and lack of skill demonstrated by their staff.

Do not leave your pride and joy in the hands of these clowns!

Update: Turns out the garage has damaged my car whilst in their care and covered up the damage without informing me. I have emails and photos to confirm this which is the even more surprising part. Has anyone else experienced the same?

If you are unlucky enough to have a car accident, and your beloved auto needs some serious TLC, go to Bodytechnics. The staff are brilliant, the facilities are superb, and the quality of their workmanship is unbeatable. They are an official bodywork repair organisation for some very high-end car manufacturers - Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, etc. Simply superb.
