FAKE COPY OF PRODUCT DELIVERED - COULD NOT GET INTO CONTACT WITH THEM AT ALL. CONSISTENTLY WITHDREW MONEY FROM CREDIT ACCOUNT 5 TIMES APPROX TOTAL OF $600 AUD FROM MY CARD UNTIL I CANCELLED IT.

My husband ordered from Bohemia Style Canada as a gift for me for Xmas. The package didn't make it here until January. The website gave no indication that it wasn't Canadian. It is not Canadian as far as we can tell. I suspect they are a USA company with bogus websites for several types of products in several countries and have no true address listed. We were unhappy about the late delivery considering that we ordered in November but that was the extent of our concern.....until....we were charged over $450.00 from them on our credit card over and above the original amount charged; and for an order we didn't place. Amex says they will make it right. We sure hope so! Then we found these reviews. Lesson learned!! Don't buy anything online unless you find the reviews to back a company FIRST!

Stay away from this company. My order was never sent, bogus tracking number that is actually order number, bounces as invalid. Answering machine while tried to call them. No reply on my emails. They charged the amount on my credit card as soon as I placed the order. I had to disable my credit card because I got scared this scam will charge again and again as they did with other "customers" . FRAUD!!! They don't even exist in UK, it is some scam from US.

Why do they get three stars here? Everybody is giving them the worst rating.

Ordered item, haven't received. No answer to emails, very sad.

They charged me straight after ordering although stating do not take money until dispatch. And they charged me £4 more than invoiced. After several emails from me (with no repsonse from them) one of 2 items ordered arrived after 3 months- even then this was the wrong item. Many unanswered phonecalls/emails later I have had no response and am still out of pocket.
Disgraceful service, fraudulent theiving company. DO NOT USE EITHER BOHEMIA STYLE or GIFTS OF THE ANDES

Placed order, received nothing after weeks however my American Express was charged for the order, which I disputed. Then the company attempted to charge my card again for an amount approx. 7 times of the first charge for my original order. No replies by e-mail, voice mails left after many messages. Now they've provided a bogus and very blurry delivery ticket to American Express with my signature forged as receiving the order. Am Ex has reopened the case. This has been a huge hassle and I've never experienced a true rip-off and I have shopped on the internet for years. This fake company has been doing this for years and getting away with it, which is amazing and frustrating.

This is a fraudalent company which lies and steals. Please don't do what I did and buy from them. You will get no reply from your emails, phone calls or faxes. If you have already spent money, contact Trading Standards and take their advice. This company should be shut down, simple as that.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. NO DELIVERY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. I CALLED, SENT EMAILS TO THEM BUT NO ANSWER.

Firstly, no receipt of goods, been waiting since March and it's July NOW!

Despite trying to call, fax and email I heard nothing.

I then contacted NoChex, the e-money company who had taken the payment on behalf of Bohemia Style. Eventually Bohemia in USA responded (though it says UK everything on the site) and said the parcel HAD been delivered, but they attached a delivery note which not only had a unreadable signature, but also looked like it had been sent TO the Bohemia address, not FROM it. Very suspect.

They then said they would be willing to resend the goods, as a goodwill gesture. This was the last time I heard from them, despite more emails and contact with NoChex.

I have now given up. The emails to the UK website addresses bounce back, the telephone number is unobtainable, so I can only presume the company is no longer trading. it is a shame the website still operates and allows sales.
