Placed an international order a while ago, a good shopping experience, so I decided to place a second order.
The ordering process was easy, the information related to the delivery time was transparent.
The first order was for a certain country, this second order was for another and I am mentioning this because this time, the local carrier incompetence gave me quite some headache and my delivery took longer than normal so I had to contact Bohero and ask for help from their end.
Had the pleasure to be assisted by Helen/the owner, who was prompt and kind, helpful and apologetic, even though it was not really her/Bohero’s fault.
Ultimately, I have received my -fragile- products impeccably packed/in perfect condition so “All's Well That Ends Well”.
