Hallo zusammen

Hallo zusammen,
ich kann Boho reiz nicht empfehen. Zuerst einmal die Versandzeit hat insgesamt 5 Wochen gedauert. Die Ware ist keine gute Qualität. Den Versandstatus kann man nur einsehen, wenn man sich eine kostenpflichtige App 9,99 EUR /mtl. runterläd. Das geht nicht. Insgesamt 2 E-Mails versendet um zu erfragen, wann meine Ware eintrifft. Die erste E-Mail wurde gar nicht beantwortet. Jetzt möchte ich die Ware zurücksenden und keiner Antwortet mir, wohin ich die Ware zurücksenden kann. Nach 14 Tagen erlischt die Möglichkeit der Rückgabe. So kann man natürlich auch Geld verdienen. Bitte dort nichts bestellen.

Das Kleid entspricht überhaupt nicht den Beschreibungen, weder schriftlich noch auf dem Bild. Die Qualität ist leider auch minderwertig. Und leider funktioniert das mit der Rückerstattung auch nicht. Seit über drei Monaten warte ich auf mein Geld.
