First time I have used Boiler Boiler. What a relief. Unlike previous service company, Boiler Boiler turned up well within the time window promised. Engineer was pleasant and courteous. Work was completed quickly and without fuss and extensively tested before he left.
All questions answered thoroughly. Very happy to recommend them.

Probably, Like many. I failed to follow up on my boiler servicing after COVID. Just before Christmas my boiler kept losing pressure and required trips into the loft to re pressurise. We manged to limp through to the New Year. Contacted the team and Mark got someone out quickly to investigate. It was diagnosed as a faulty pressure relief valve. Mark then returned on a Saturday morning to install the PRV. I have now also booked for a service to be carried out and will make sure it is done annually.

Really pleased with the service from Boiler Boiler. They turned up when they said they would and got straight on with the job. The old plate heat exchanger was removed and replaced smoothly, and everything was tested properly before they left. The engineer was professional, friendly, and left everything neat and tidy. This is not the first time ive used them and would happily recommend them and use them again.

I had missed the annual service of my boiler by 6 weeks. I phoned up to book an appointment.
A visit was arranged for five days later, on time, an engineer arrived , was fast and efficient ,

Mark was very friendly and helpful when the boiler broke leaving us with no heating or hot water and fixed the problem as quickly as he could get the parts. Very pleased with the service.

Brilliant service carried out by Boiler Boiler, technician arrived earlier than expected. Worked in a tidy manner and provided a comprehensive report with supporting images. Inhibitor top up was good value for money. Overall, very pleased!

Problem with our boiler fixed within hours of fault occuring two weeks ago. Also Annual Service carried out today. Excellent efficient service all round. We are new to Company and will certainly use again. If it were possible I would award more 'stars'

As always, Mark was on time and well prepared, timing his visit to suit us. He accommodated a couple of last-minute changes to the planned work without complaint. Always my first port of call for plumbing work.

Our boiler broke down and Mark said he was coming Thursday as he was so busy but turned up Wednesday afternoon as he knew we had no heating . He got it running and then It broke again that night he came back the next day with the part he knew needed replacing fitting us in his busy schedule.
Mark was polite, informative and genuine. He answered our endless questions, lets us know costs and timescales. We booked in for a service the following week and it’s the most thorough and detailed service we have ever had. We had some things replaced that should have been done before and now Our boiler is running brilliantly. The service he provided was top class and we will be using him for all our boiler needs in the future , it really does make the “experts” we have used before look like cowboys ! Well done Mark and thank you for everything 😊

Mark went the extra mile to fix my Ideal boiler so I now have constant hot water. Super job, clean and very tidy, always punctual and wouldn't use anyone else. Would highly recommend 👌 👍 👏
