Excellent service
I've been a Boilerjuice customer for many years. I find your website easy to use, it's easy to find the price of fuel and it's easy to order it. It's always delivered on time and there are never any problems, so I think your service is excellent.
This year, for the first time, I encountered an annoyance. In the past I've always been left a delivery note, or proof of delivery. This year I didn't get one. I contacted your website about this. A helpful adviser explained that some companies now don't deliver notes, but told me how to get one on line, which I did. I think it's the job of the company delivering the oil to provide the note. The customer shouldn't have to fiddle about on line to get one.
I applaud efforts to protect the environment, but I can't imagine the tiny amount of paper saved in this way is going to make any appreciable difference. I also consider it yet another example of what is termed "digital exclusion", for if you are elderly or for some other reason don't have a computer, how do you get a delivery note? I shall continue to use Boilerjuice, but hope in future you send me a company that delivers a note.

The process of getting a quote is fairly straight forward as is ordering. The delivery date and approx time is given and accurate and the driver(s) knowledgable so delivery can be accomplished. Gone to Boilerjuice on several occasions now. No issues and would recommend .
