Misleading statements on the website and used product
Awful experience!
1. The promised next-day delivery was the other day's delivery. The courier marked the parcel as delivered but he never delivered the boiler.
2. The boiler itself was used already. The internal packaging was damaged. The connectors had signs of rust. Also, the boiler was dirty.
3. If you return this "second hand" boiler you also need to convert shipping cost.
I will never buy anything from this store and its affiliates.
