After over three weeks of back-and-forth on a project, I was told the glass was ordered and everything was good to go. I scheduled around that timeline and trusted the contractor’s word.
On the day the job was scheduled, I received a last-minute message backing out entirely—claiming the project “wasn’t the right fit.” No warning, no prior concern, no real explanation.
I’ve now lost weeks of time, have no contractor, and am starting from scratch because of a complete lack of professionalism and follow-through. At the very least, I expected a referral to someone reliable—but even that wasn’t offered without prompting.
Disappointed doesn’t begin to cover it. If you value your time and need someone who communicates clearly and commits to what they say—they’re not it.
