Design stealing dropshippers

Shitty dropshippers. Designs stolen and made in a cheap chinese factory. Ordered a cap. It came one month later(and they prioritised my order). Totaly flat package. The hat is ruined. Also very bad see trough quality.

Their response after i send photo, complaint and refund request:

Since the item has already been delivered, we are unable to process a refund at this time. This hat suits you very well, and the creases will gradually disappear with regular wear.
