This website is a big scam! I spent almost 400kr for 3 weeks subscription and applied for many apartments but not a single landlord responded which was very disappointing. After 3 weeks the subscription was auto renewed but the website didn’t ask my permission for auto renewal service. Then I tried another 3 weeks but still there was no reply. It was a complete waste of around 800kr and 6 weeks . Avoid this website

It's a scam page.
I don't know what kind of a loophole they managed to find to keep scamming people with their fake apartment announcements, but you can be sure you won't find anything through this page. No phone numbers in the announcements and no one replies when you write to the poster. The rent prices there are also too good to be true, which should have been a red flag for me, but I had to say bye-bye to over 600 kr that I paid to them. Lesson learnt.
I hope one day the police finally pays attention to the people behind this page and stops this illegal activity. (I reported this page to the police, through their online form, but heard nothing).
But until then - let this be a warning to any vulnerable people trying to find an apartment for rent - stay away from this page.

I have to give this one star. I mean the offers look very promising and super cheap comparing with other webpages as Boligportal or Lejebolig. So I bought the subscription for a month which is approximately 300 dkk, which is not low, and applied to many offers. Suprisingly, out of the 15 offers I contacted, none of them replied. What does that tell me ? That it is 100% scam. Dont let yourself bait from the attractive offers !

This is a real SCAM. You pay your hard-earned money and get nothing. No information, no interaction at all. Stay away from this website. One star because there is no option for giving a zero star.

I signed up for the website and thought I would be able to see more information about the property (extra pictures, landlord info), but I couldnt. The only thing that changes when you signed up is that contact lord button either opens message popup, with no information about landlord or you will get redirected to some other apartment website. I wrote to multiple apartments and nobody replied. I asked for a refund policy that they have 14 days and they denied my right. They also refused to show the proof of messages being sent to landlords. When I asked for this proof the customer service lady got angry and yelled at me. Otherwise, some of the apartment postings are redirecting you to DBA and some go to websites for whole apartment buildings with waiting lists (like findbolig.nu).
It is SCAM! Do not waste your money.

Fake. Didnt get any response at all. For 3 weeks i applied for every new add min it gets out and i didnt get any response. Waste of money and time.

We used this site in order to find a place to live in Copenhagen for 1 year, and with good luck. We can recommend it.

Complete scam. And I was amazed how rude a customer service person can be. Think about it, why would someone allow cancellation policy but then charge 25kr. for every landlord you contact? Of course the point is to contact landlords, that is why everyone signs up at the first place. So, the goal of the only person working in this company (Y) is exactly that you do that and then when you decide to withdraw within 14 days, she keeps all the money. I contacted 12 landlords and she kept 300kr. However, I received the mail stating my account is now active and the copies to all landlords that I requested when contacting them after 5 days and by the fourth day I requested cancellation already. So, I decided to make her earn the 300kr. that she wanted that much and asked her to provide me with proof that the messages were delivered earlier. Apparently, not only she has poor knowledge in communication, but she thinks by bluffing and accusing my mail server company :) people will just give up. In addition, just some of the messages I got from her. Just a note, I have good eyesight and there is no need to use capital letters :) And no, I didn't translate the mails, she actually wrote that :)

my husband and I had been in boligbasen for 8-9 months now. We have sent a total of 50 post to the announcements we are interested in. We got a lot of reply, but only generated messages that it is already rented out through another site. There was only 'one time' that a real person replied to us. Our subscription will end next month and i have no plan of paying again. Its a big waste of money and time. Compare to other bolig websites, this one seems to be a hoax. 'I think' most of their announcement are just baits to catch people who are in need of a new place and pay for the fee, which is around 500kr.

I contacted many landlords and never got a single response (where I also used other housing sites and received responses to more than half of my enquiries). I agree with other reviews that this site uses fake postings, where the rent is below market price, to attract people to sign up and pay.

I tried to cancel and receive a refund, and they make you jump through hoops and send a signed PDF with extra information that they could easily retrieve themselves. In addition, I won't even receive a full refund. I will be receiving a refund, minus 25DKK per every landlord I contacted, which is all of the fake landlords that they created. Total rip off and scam, and I will try to warn as many people as possible that this site is nothing more than that.

The reviews that are on here that say it is good to use are likely either not real, or they were lucky and contacted one of the rare, real listings. If something is too good to be true, it probably is not real. This is a prime example of that. Do not pay the krones for this site.

My announcement was approved quickly by the administrator, and I rented my apartment out very quickly.
