BOLIG·NETs historie begynder tilbage i 2001, hvor en vennegruppe sad i boligforeningen Top-House på Nørrebro og var lidt småirriterede over deres internetforbindelse. Den irritation førte til en idé om at skabe en fælles, enkel og stabil internetløsning for alle 179 beboere i boligforeningen. Succesen kom hurtigt og andre foreninger begyndte at ønske de samme fordele. Dette var startskuddet til det, vi i dag kender som BOLIG·NET. I dag er vi en veletableret og professionel virksomhed, der tilbyder god service og kvalitetsprodukt til husstanden. Vi har gearet organisationen, vores produkter og vores måde at gøre tingene på, så det er billigt, trygt og nemt at være kunde.

Reliable internet and excellent customer service

I have been a fiber connection customer for 5+ years and it works flawlessly. On the rare occasion it doesn't, their customer support team are extremely helpful in getting me back up and running quickly.
I also find them to be upright. During a major disruption on 8th March 2023 (which was an unacceptably long outage), they were open and honest, and I trust them to make the necessary improvements.

I had a customer representative help me activate my father's Internet services and I'm so grateful that Brian was patient enough to help and explain everything over multiple phone calls and messages. It took hours but the kindness of the staff there really shone through. Incredible customer service.

Trusty service

I have no major comments on the internet at Skovlyporten except that it is working great. All the faults are reported in advance and are taken care of at the shortest time possible.

Super happy with service

Super happy with service. Don called back within half an hour, came within two, was very friendly and informative, and installed the new equipment that covers parts of my apartment my old router had difficulties with. I do not know how the service could be any better :-)

BoligNet

Update:

BoligNet just called me apologizing and they will refund my money. They have a fast internet and good price but it is also important to offer a good customer service as they have demonstrated in last call.

They have been charging me for two internet subscriptions at the same time, billed at my home.
Now they refuse to refund the money, as they say, it is my mistake, but they also don't know how two subscriptions may have been created in the same apartment.

The company should prevent that more than one subscription from being created by mistake, especially when the customer is trying to extend/Upgrade the current subscription. As I have been informed by them they cannot avoid these situations, then I wonder, how many customers may be overpaying without realizing it or being warned.
