I bought a a bunch of 1/4 In galvanized hardware for use on a trailer that lives outside. The fit is awful! Kept stripping threads on both the nuts and bolts. Crap!

All around outstanding service and products. Ordered parts to refinish an outdoor park type bench. The bolts and related products were shipped faster than expected. Installed all 25 carriage bolts in refinished bench and they look great. Best prices I could find along with outstanding customer service make 'em a winner. They are now in my "favorites" listing.

I’m a repeat customer with Bolt Depot because their customer service, product selection, and pricing is second to none! The first time I ordered from them my tracking number showed that my package had been delivered but I had not received it. I reached out to BD to inform them of the situation and they sent me a new order free of charge. They even honored my request to send to a different “safe” address when I advised them of issues my building had been experiencing with stolen packages. With understanding customer support like that I will forever give this awesome company my business. Not to mention the fact that I always need special items that bolt depot seems to be the only place I can find them at rock bottom prices.
